At least once a week, you’ll post an entry in your journal. Tell us how you’re doing, what successes or struggles you’re facing or just vent about that slice of chocolate cake that’s been calling your name. Send your entry each week to firstname.lastname@example.org and it’ll be posted here the next day. Feel free to start whenever you’d like, but just make sure to check in once a week or we’ll be forced to hound you! Now that’s accountability.
We also encourage you to add a photo. It can be of you, then or now, or of something else that will motivate you to stay on track. Please send us a high-res photo with your first entry and we’ll replace the one above.
