Sunday brunch at the beach. This time we headed over to the Great Southern Cafe in Seaside Beach for beignets and eggs benedict. Life is good, so why wait until the end of the meal to enjoy dessert? I think not. Our appetizers were oh so warm and sweet.
The Corned Beef Hash – homemade corned beef over an English muffin with a savory side of smoked Gouda cheese grits. Just the kind of protein I was after!
Fried Green Tomato Benedict – graced with Hollandaise sauce and grits. We’ll have to try this one at home. Now for a lazy Sunday afternoon in the sun.
